Our team of professionals are highly trained and understand the level of expertise needed to provide compassionate care for your loved ones. A Place All My Own Health Care employees meet the State of Arizona requirements and have completed all of the in-house training courses.

Deidre Wells, Director of Operations
Dee Dee has more than 27 years of nursing experience that she is putting to good use as the Director of Clinical Operations at A Place All My Own. She loves working with individuals who have special needs and seeing the progress they make in our Medical Group Homes. She enjoys travel between her homes in Oklahoma and Phoenix.
Patrick Babcock, Administration
Patrick brings administration experience from several human services organizations throughout the southwestern US. He travels as often as possible and loves to take back roads to new places.
Lori Phillips, RN
Lori has been a nurse for over 41 years in the pediatric setting as well as group home and home care settings. Her entire healthcare journey has been with adults and children with special needs and she has a true passion for them all, especially the current members here at A Place All My Own.

Lori lives with her fiancé and two little dogs, Hayden and Harley. She has 9 grand children! She loves hiking and believes age is just a number.
Sandra Jones, RN
Sandra has more than 25 years of nursing experience including hospital settings, surgical nursing and hospice care.
In addition, she has multiple years of health care management in a private surgical and recovery care center.
